There’s no sudden, dramatic food restriction, just a smart 7-day dining plan. If it sounds like it’s too good to be true, IT PROBABLY IS.
6. The Martha’s Vineyard Diet Cleanse
The Martha’s Vineyard Diet Detox promises to peel off a pound a day and rid your body of toxins. On the plan, you drink liquid every couple of hours, take supplements that have a laxative effect, and do enemas (in other words you’ll be sh*tting your way to the toilet every couple of hours.) In other words, you’re supposed to rest, reduce, and rebuild.
The rest comes from not chewing food and not working out. LOL. Yeah, that last part was meant as a joke, I know.
